A Larini System is manufactured to the vehicle specifications that you provide. Please note that we therefore cannot be held responsible for any input errors that you fail to correct before the construction of your system has begun. Nor can we guarantee that late changes in order specifications can be accommodated.
All of our exhaust systems and manifolds are bespoke items, hand made to customer specifications. We will always quote an expected production and delivery time; please contact us for expected production and delivery times for various products. Please note that estimated production and delivery times and capabilities are approximates only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. We shall inform you immediately when we are informed of any delay and agree a new delivery date with you.
We recommend that you do not make any specific arrangements to have parts fitted until they have arrived.

Every Larini System is covered by the Larini Systems Warranty, from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. If you suspect a failure, due to corrosion, with your Larini System, please contact us immediately. If a Larini System develops a fault under the terms of the Larini Systems Warranty, we will normally arrange to repair or replace the product, as we deem necessary. Proof of purchase must be provided.
A replacement will only be issued once the product has undergone an initial technical examination and it has been determined that any faults are due to corrosion.
The Larini Systems Warranty does not apply if, in the judgement of Larini Systems Ltd, the product fails due to accident damage, external impact, abuse or misuse, track race use, shipment, handling, storage, worn or faulty engine mountings/exhaust fitments, faulty location or installation, excessive vibration, internal explosion or backfire, maintenance in a manner not conforming to our instructions, modifications by persons other than ourselves, failure to perform through parts/items not supplied by us, non-standard use, or the fitting of the part to a vehicle for which it is not intended. Repair by anyone other than Larini Systems or an approved agent will void this Warranty. Larini Systems Ltd. shall not under any circumstances be liable to the purchaser, their vehicle or any third party, person or company for any damage, failure or injury that occurs during the fitting, use or removal of the products.

Events beyond our reasonable control
Though we will do out utmost to comply with all relevant regulations and obligations, and supply products to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we will not be held responsible for any delays or failures to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delays or failures arise from any cause or event that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. We shall inform you immediately when we are informed of any delay and agree a new delivery date with you, where possible.
When you place an order, it represents an offer to us to purchase a Larini System(s). This offer is accepted by us when we send an e-mail, telephone, or fax confirmation to you confirming the receipt and details of your order, and that we have commissioned the construction of your Larini System(s).

Lost or Damaged Goods / Returning Goods
In the unlikely event that your Larini System(s) is lost or damaged in transit, please first contact us immediately before returning any items. Any damaged parcels/goods must be signed for as 'damaged' and reported to us on the day of receipt so that we can claim against the courier. Failure to do so will result in an unsuccessful claim - this is a rule imposed by them on us. If goods arrive damaged, please retain the original packaging for returning your Larini System(s). We will normally arrange for a prompt collection or replacement, where necessary. Proof of purchase must be provided.
If, after some time subsequent to purchase, you feel that goods have apparently failed, solely through corrosion, please contact us immediately. Under these circumstances you will normally be asked to send the product back to us for examination. Please package any such items carefully and return them, for your own protection, via a recorded and insured method of carriage. The cost of returning items in such circumstances is your responsibility, until the goods are found to be faulty under the terms of the Larini Systems Warranty, whereupon a maximum of £6.90 can be credited towards any delivery costs incurred by you. A technical diagnostic examination will be carried out prior to any repaired System or replacement System being shipped. Proof of purchase must be provided.
We will not accept responsibility for any fitting costs involved in warranty items.
