With the complexity of the modern day Supercar, a sensational howling Larini exhaust note is merely the end-point. Each Larini system is hand-built in a modern production facility in the South of England by a team of craftsmen with artisan-like skills, utilizing only the finest materials available. Each system is manufactured in a dedicated fixed jig from either T.304 or T.321 Stainless Steel. The tubings are back-purged with Argon gas and TIG-welded to produce smooth, strong, uncontaminated welds. Laser-cut stainless steel mounting flanges, brackets and fixings are added for strength and durability.

The exhaust systems are designed and manufactured for maximized unobstructed gas flow and utilize either motorsport or acoustic sound absorption materials - the balance is dictated by horsepower throughputs versus operating temperatures. The perforated stainless steel tubes disrupt pressure waves by modulating backpressure levels - leading to minimum flow restriction and optimal engine power output assistance. Larini exhaust systems are designed to be installed with ease on to catalytic converter equipment or direct to manifolds, thereby utilizing the vehicle’s OEM hardware without modification.
